Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience in a media company, possess strong design and communication skills, and be able to perform well under pressure while delivering high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams to produce visual materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead and manage design projects from concept to final execution.
• Develop creative ideas, design layouts, and visual assets for campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all graphics are consistent, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar graphic design role within a media company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
